Functioning like a giant bobby pin, this type of hair pick is usually used to hold a bun or chignon in place. This is an attractive piece that is both functional and very period for the 18th, 19th, and early 20th centuries. It is made of natural cow or water buffalo horn, so each pick has different patterns and colouring. The cutwork at the top is really lovely and adds to the delicate appearance of the pick. Approximately 12.75cm x 4cm (5" x 1.5")
  • Model: 33-055
